Notes
The air humidity must be strictly controlled to be less than 80%. When the relative humidity is too high, water may react with the curing agent of the epoxy topcoat, resulting in problems such as loss of gloss, color floating, whitening and blooming, and incomplete drying.
When applying this product, do not add diluents at will. Otherwise, it is easy to cause pitting and collapse, and the pitting effect will not meet the requirements.
This paint has a high viscosity. When using it, it is necessary to stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity, especially on the barrel walls and bottom. It is recommended to pour and mix the paint after stirring.
During the construction process, first use a certain tooth height trowel to evenly apply the paint on the ground, then use the pitting roller to apply evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions 2-3 times. It is required that the overall application amount be uniform and there be no obvious roller marks.
During the pitting topcoat construction process, controlling the construction direction can effectively avoid roller marks. The first coat should be applied vertically to evenly spread the paint, and the second coat should be gently rolled horizontally to pull out a perfect pitting effect. If there are still obvious roller marks after two coats, a third coat can be rolled in the horizontal direction, and the technique should be as gentle as possible.
There is a certain color difference between different batches of materials. When applying in the same area, the same batch of materials should be used. When placing orders for the same project multiple times, it is necessary to indicate to match the sample for color adjustment

| 2. Base flatness: ≤5mm when measured with a 2m straightedge. | ||
| 3. Base dryness: Surface moisture content < 8%. | ||
| 4. Repair hollowing and cracks on the ground in advance. | ||
| 5. Fully grind the concrete base. | ||
| Primer Coat | 1. Use WEDO-H2201/0301: Mixing time shall be no less than 3 minutes. | 0.10–0.15 / 0.15–0.30 |
| 2. Apply by roller or brush. | ||
| 3. Use a brush to apply at door edges, corners, and around equipment. | ||
| Mid-coat Mortar Layer | 1. Use WEDO-H2202/0302: Mixing time shall be no less than 3 minutes. Add quartz sand (generally 80–120 mesh) at a recommended ratio of paint:quartz sand = 1:0.2–1, and mix evenly. | 0.25–0.30 / 0.30–0.50 |
| 2. Scrape with a trowel to form an integral layer. The number of passes can be adjusted as needed. | ||
| 3. After curing, grind and remove dust to ensure no trowel marks. | ||
| Putty Layer | 1. Use WEDO-L2203/L0303: Mix the base and curing agent in the specified ratio, then add an appropriate amount of filler (heavy calcium, talc powder, etc.) at a paint:filler ratio of 1:0.1–0.5, and mix evenly. | 0.10 / 0.10 |
| 2. Scrape evenly with a trowel, focusing on filling defects such as pinholes and air holes. The number of passes can be adjusted as needed. | ||
| 3. After curing, fully grind and remove dust. | ||
| Topcoat Layer | Use WEDO-L2203/L0303: Mix the base and curing agent in the specified ratio and stir evenly. First, trowel evenly with a trowel, then use anti-slip rollers of different specifications to roll evenly for 2–3 passes. | 0.40–0.50 / 0.40–0.50 |
Construction section

Construction conditions
Air temperature: 5℃ – 30℃
Relative humidity: < 80%
Moisture content on substrate surface: < 8%
The construction site should have good ventilation
Dew point temperature: The substrate and the uncurdled coating substrate must be 3℃ or more higher than the dew point temperature to reduce the risk of condensation or frosting on the floor coating;
Dirty floors need to be thoroughly cleaned; otherwise, it may affect the even application of the coating.
